Yesterday, like billions of other days before it, I went to Target. I had Betty in the Ergo and my sights were set on formula and razors – not to be used together. I made it maybe 20 feet inside the building when something caught my eye; intriguing me enough that I got my phone out to take a picture:

What? You don’t take photos of random luggage in Target?
Not only is this Alice + Olivia luggage to die for and I WANT IT, but black + white is also the FMS Photo-a-Day Challenge subject on Instagram today, so two birds with one stone.
Then alongside the luggage was this fantastic Alice + Olivia beach cruiser bike…

…which I would have ridden around the store if I didn’t have a baby strapped to me. I should have just thrown her in that adorable basket on the front. What the hell is going on in Target right now!? I HAD to learn more so I did a little research of my own.
Cue that awkward moment when I realize that I have been living under a rock, because all of this was announced months ago and I’m only just hearing about it. Despite the fact that I go to Target like 5 times a week.
It is the Holiday 24 Collection, a collaboration of unspeakable awesomeness between Target and Neiman Marcus featuring 50+ beautiful gifts from 24 premier designers, hence…Holiday 24. The items are priced from a very reasonable $7.99 all the way up to that bike that costs $499.99. And I want ALL of it. Even the Oscar de la Renta pet collar and leash and I don’t even have a damn dog.
Here are some things that I would consider to be MUST HAVES if my budget did not consist more of baby food, diapers, and clothing for my child who grows out of everything overnight (she’s wearing 18 month pants today) and less of things for me.

From somewhat left to right: Tory Burch Lunch Box – $19.99 (there is also a matchy thermos that I did not show for $24.99…what happened to lunch boxes that CAME with thermoses??); Skaist-Taylor Kid’s Hat (that I want for me) – $39.99; Marchesa Girl’s Beaded Dress – $99.99 (maybe if Betty didn’t grow out of things overnight), Judith Leiber Compact Mirror – $59.99 (for ONE); Robert Rodriguez Dress – $99.99 (I would probably wear that hat up there with this dress); Jason Wu Girl’s Dress – $59.99; Oscar de la Renta Tote – $59.99; Marc Jacobs Scarf – $69.99.
I think we can pretty much file all those things under “Stuff I Want and Will Never Have”.
If I could pick just ONE THING from the Holiday 24 collection, it would be this:

OMG OMG OMG.
A Diane von Furstenberg yoga mat. Enough said.
Am I the only one that has been living under a rock and am only hearing about the Holiday 24 Collection now? What is your favorite item?

All the opinions expressed here are my own. It was sponsored by nobody and I received zero free things for writing this post. Though if Target sees it and wants to send me a free Diane von Furstenberg yoga mat, I am certainly not going to say no to them.

I really want the Jason Wu dress for my little one, but I hate to spend $60 on something she’ll outgrow in no time.
Because of this post I’m going to check out targets website, I’m telling you this because there is a good chance my website visit will lead me to an actual store and I may never be heard from again. So, you’re in charge.
I got an email about this but didn’t see anything I couldn’t LIVE without but if we’re making wish lists then I want that Cat/Bear hat it’s too stinking cute!!!
Apparently, I’ve been living under the same rock, because I also hadn’t heard about it yet! Looks like an amazing collection!
I pretty much need to stay away from Target for my own good, I just want to spend money like crazy!
The hat!!!!
Thank goodness we don’t have a Target in Cancun. I’d be poor.
I knew aboet Target and Neiman Marcus, but I didn’t know that it was an event called Holiday 24. Also, we saw that bike at our Target, too, and I wanted to ride it SO bad. Talk about dorks.
Love that yoga mat! I finally found a yoga studio here that I want to try out sometime in the future when I have a paycheck. I’m excited!
That kid’s hat is totally awesome! Ahh yes I’m totally lusting after a few things from the collection and am hoping some may actually get marked down as well!
Oh and I don’t even do yoga and want the mat. Tooo cute!

I saw the bikes yesterday and wanted to snatch one up! Ella oohed over the luggage.
For the record I oohed and ahhhed over this stuff at Target, and I think I will agree the one thing I almost purchased was the dog bowl set and the leash and collar for June.. but I stopped myself. AND HOLY COW those luggage bags were pricey!!! But awesome too.
THAT DRESS. I want it to be mine.

I’ve been living under the same rock. I noticed some gold tumblers from NM that I MUST HAVE even though I don’t drink enough to warrant them.
I want the Jason Wu little girl dresses in my size!
